Why Dezly exists
Crochet instructions often fail when a step assumes knowledge, a count disappears, or a recommendation repeats brand language without explaining the decision. Dezly exists to produce fewer pages with stronger ownership.
Every future guide begins with a defined question, audience, terminology system, evidence plan, and maintenance owner.
Editorial structure
Five named responsibilities cover direction, amigurumi, materials, pattern standards, research, accessibility, and corrections. Technical claims go to the relevant editor; pattern claims receive an additional evidence check.
Bylines and schema must correspond to accountable contributors. Invented qualifications and unsupported experience claims are not part of the model.
Business model
Dezly may fund free access through advertising and clearly labeled affiliate relationships. Those relationships do not purchase coverage, rankings, or protection from correction.
Optional advertising stays disabled until the visitor grants the required consent.
Current content status
The previous short article inventory has been removed. Dezly will not keep thin pages online simply to look larger. New guides will be planned after competitor and search-intent research.
The subject pages describe scope and publication rules; they are not presented as finished tutorials.
Accountability
Readers can report technical, factual, accessibility, commercial, or privacy issues through the Contact page. Reports are routed by impact and ownership.
Dezly aims to align with WCAG 2.2 AA as a continuing practice, not a claim that barriers can never occur.
