Dezly is an independent digital publication at dezly.co and acts as controller for information collected directly through the site. Privacy requests go to privacy@dezly.co.
Scope
This policy covers the site, contact form, privacy controls, and published email addresses. Third-party websites and services operate under their own policies.
Information you provide
The contact form receives name, email, topic, message, and anti-spam signals. Direct email may include address, message, attachments, and routing information.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical data, or unrelated sensitive information. Dezly has no reader accounts, comments, or checkout.
Automatic information
Hosting and security providers may process IP address, timestamp, URL, referrer, user agent, device category, and security signals for delivery, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
A local preference record remembers consent. Optional analytics and advertising remain denied until allowed. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising disabled.
Purposes and legal bases
Information supports delivery, security, responses, corrections, accessibility reports, editorial records, legal compliance, and reliability.

Contact delivery
Cloudflare processes the request and Resend delivers it to a fixed Dezly inbox. Inputs are validated, length-limited, and subject to abuse controls.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics loads merely because a page opens. If configured later, it loads only under the analytics preference and this policy will be updated.
Google AdSense may load only after advertising consent. Google may then process identifiers, device information, interactions, approximate location, and consent signals under its own policies.
Some laws may call personalized advertising a sale or sharing. Dezly uses opt-in permission, honors Global Privacy Control, and offers persistent settings.
Providers and disclosure
Providers may include Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email, and Google for consented advertising or analytics. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, defend claims, or complete a safeguarded reorganization.
Dezly does not publish contact messages or sell a mailing list.
Retention
Contact messages are generally kept up to 24 months after the last relevant communication unless a shorter period suffices or longer retention supports a claim, rights request, correction, agreement, or security investigation.
Consent remains on the device until changed, cleared, or replaced by a new version.
International transfers
Dezly is operated from the United States and providers may process data in other countries. Required safeguards may include adequacy decisions, contractual clauses, certification frameworks, or another lawful mechanism.
Your rights
Depending on location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to an authority. Proportionate identity verification may be required.
US state rights
Residents of some states may access, correct, delete, or obtain data and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or qualifying profiling. Optional advertising is off until allowed, and Global Privacy Control keeps it off.
Children
Dezly is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. A guardian can request review and deletion of information believed to have been submitted by a child.
Security
Measures include HTTPS, restricted secrets, validation, size limits, abuse controls, no-store API responses, and access limited to those needing the information. No internet service guarantees absolute security.
Changes and contact
Material changes update the date and provide renewed choice where required. Contact privacy@dezly.co for rights requests.
Data governance and accountability
Access to contact and rights-request information is limited to people who need it for the relevant task. Provider access is governed by account controls and service agreements. Dezly periodically reviews active processors, data flows, retention needs, and whether an optional tool remains proportionate to its purpose.
If a security incident is suspected, Dezly works to contain it, determine the information and people affected, preserve appropriate records, and notify individuals or authorities where law requires. Privacy questions are not routed through advertising partners, and exercising a privacy right does not reduce access to the publication.
